For a decade I led a small team building the software behind NTT DATA's flagship sponsorship activation, the live NTT DATA Wall used at The Open and the Indy 500. I also built ShotView, an interactive shot-by-shot tracker for The Open's website that drew over 4 million visitors across tournament weekend and won a Sports Industry Award.

I built the UK's leading environmental jobs website on Rails 1 and continued to maintain it right through to Rails 8. It sends 150k customised emails per week, includes CRM and workflow tools and AI assistance.

I built several projects including reporting tools, a mobile app used for signing up delegates at conferences and live interactive data activations, as pictured.

Retechnica, a machine learning company, hired me to build a medical voice-of-customer analysis platform and reporting tool. Packed with interactive data visualisation plus PowerPoint and PDF exports.

A SaaS product for website change detection. It takes snapshots of web pages via a real browser on a schedule and uses AI to look for meaningful changes the user cares about. The user is notified with AI summaries of what changed and why it matters. Token budgeting, model selection and prompt optimisation were key to making this viable. Happy customers include Am Law 200 law firms and other large enterprise buyers.

Team GB, along with its sponsors, commissioned a live data wall with social media, news and medal tables for the Team GB house during the Olympic Games, providing an engaging focal point throughout the event.

My own product, built from nothing. Flumes pulled in live social media streams, enriched every message with sentiment, gender, age and location, and rendered the result on big screens as bubble charts, word clouds, influencer tables and a live world heat map. It became the engine behind social walls at some of the biggest sporting events in the world, including The Open and the Indy 500.
